Who provides the service
Careerz is run by Ayush Tandon, India.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
What the service does
Careerz helps you find job listings and draft application materials: CVs, cover letters, emails, answers to screening questions and interview practice. It also offers an autofill extension that fills fields on application forms. It does not apply to jobs for you, does not log in to job sites, and the autofill never presses submit. Emails are sent only after you review and confirm each one.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for everything you send or submit. AI drafts can be wrong or incomplete. Read every CV, letter, email and form entry, and make sure it is accurate and truthful before you use it. Do not claim experience, qualifications or results you do not have. Check recipient addresses; some are guesses and are marked as such.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, harass or deceive anyone, impersonate another person, collect other people’s personal data, break any law, or contact someone who has asked not to be contacted. Sending is limited to 40 emails a day per account. We may limit or stop access if the service is abused.
Your content
You keep ownership of your resume, profile and drafts. You give us permission to process them only to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy. Drafts we generate for you are yours to use.
Third-party listings and services
Job listings and company information come from third parties and public sources. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or still open, and we are not the employer. Applications are made with the employer, not with us. Names and logos of companies, job boards and investors belong to their owners; their appearance does not mean they endorse or partner with us.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise interviews, replies or offers, uninterrupted service, or error-free AI output.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the outcome of any application, email or interview. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months, or Rs 1,000 if you paid nothing.
Paid plans
If we introduce paid plans, prices, billing and refund rules will be shown before you pay and will form part of these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting your data and disconnecting Google. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
